Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your laces — but if something’s not right, we’ve got your back. Here’s everything you need to know about returns and refunds at Cerbero Laces.


🗓️ How long do I have to return my order?

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return. After this period, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.


📦 What are the return conditions?

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging, without signs of wear or damage.
  • You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

If the item shows signs of use or arrives in poor condition, we may reject the return.


🚚 Who pays for return shipping?

Unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong product, defective item, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package reaches us safely.


💸 When and how will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund.
Refunds will be made using the original method of payment, and you’ll receive your money within a few business days depending on your bank or provider.


❌ Non-refundable situations

We do not issue refunds in the following cases:

  • The item has been used or damaged by the customer.
  • The return was requested after the 14-day period.
  • The package was returned to us due to incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery.
