What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with credit or debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more. We’re also working on adding more options soon
Is it safe to order from your website?
100%. Our site is protected with SSL encryption and we use secure, trusted payment gateways. Your info is safe with us — always.
Will I receive a payment confirmation?
Yes! As soon as your payment goes through, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with all the details — including what you ordered, the amount, and your shipping info. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or drop us a message.

How can I get in touch with you?
You can use the contact form on our site or email us directly — we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Whether you’ve got a question, a custom request, or just wanna say hi, we’re here for it.
How long do you take to reply?
We usually reply within 24–48 hours, Monday to Friday. If you message us on a weekend, we’ll get back to you first thing on Monday.
Do you offer phone or WhatsApp support?
Not yet — but we’re working on it. Right now, email is the best way to reach us. We’ll let you know as soon as we launch direct messaging support.
📦Shipping and returns
Can I return the laces if I’m not happy with them?
Yes, of course. If you’re not satisfied with your laces, you have 14 days to return them — as long as they haven’t been used. Just email us and we’ll guide you through the process. We want you to be 100% happy with your order.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free for orders over €10. For smaller orders, the shipping fee will be calculated at checkout — but honestly, most of our customers get free shipping without even thinking about it.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship across all of Europe. If you’re outside the EU and want to place an order, feel free to message us — we might be able to arrange something.
How long does shipping take?
That depends on your country and local postal service, but in most cases you’ll receive your laces within 2 to 5 working days. We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.

What length shoelaces should I choose?
Great question! Here’s a quick guide:
– Low-top sneakers (Air force) → 120-140 cm
– High-tops or boots (Jordans)→ 140–160 cm
If you’re not sure, feel free to drop us a message — we’re happy to help you pick the perfect fit.
Do your laces fit all types of sneakers?
Absolutely! Our shoelaces are designed to be compatible with most sneakers — from Air Force 1s, Jordans, Air max and skate shoes. Just make sure to choose the right length and you’re good to go.
Do your laces fray or fade over time?
Nope 🙂
We use high-quality materials that are made to last. Our laces are resistant to fraying and won’t lose their color, even after heavy use. You can clean them easily and keep them fresh without worrying about durability.
Can I customize the laces?
Not yet 🙁
but we’re working on it! We know how important it is to give your sneakers a personal touch, and we’re already testing options for custom colors, aglets and patterns. Stay tuned, because once it’s ready, our subscribers will be the first to know.
